Who we are

We are a team of change-makers who believe that every helping hand can raise a child and create a better future for them.

IPGH began on the belief that vulnerability must meet competent, locally led solutions. From our first community health volunteers to partnerships with women farmers and youth entrepreneurs, our work grew by listening to people’s priorities and co-designing practical, scalable responses.

Today we operate integrated programs across climate-smart livelihoods, economic inclusion, community health, and social protection. Each initiative is community-owned, evidence-driven, and designed to move families from short-term relief to long-term self‑reliance—seeded by skills, sustained by markets, and anchored in local leadership.
